My Cat Died And I Feel Guilty

In this article i want to share with you how to get over a dead cat and why you shouldn t feel guilty.

He died from kidney failure. Whenever he wanted company or attention i would just push him away. If i would have brought him inside and played with him maybe he would still be. One of our cats hemi died at the young age of 3 5 years.

I had just moved to my first apartment by myself a month later i bought a kitten for some company it was only a couple months later when she died. My beautiful cat sookie was diagnosed with congestive heart failure in march 2020. But now we are changing how we feed our cats and dogs because of it. After the death of a pet one of the most common and also most painful feelings is guilt.

Guilt on the rampage. And now that he s gone i just feel so guilty. We may start to feel guilty for just about everything. Like maybe if for the last day he was alive.

I feel so very guilty for my 17 years old persian cat that passed yesterday loved and cherished so much one each other. There are so many things we wish we had done differently and. Had her since teenage now almost 35 years. She was my only family left being a gift surprise from my father that passed away after my mom and grandmother.

I feel horrible all the time and im. I never took her to the vet and i pretty much had to wach her die. Some others can t take their heart out dogs. They have so grown and stocked in love with these sweet animals.

It was awful and i feel so much regret and wish i could rewind and handled things differently. This will really go well for all those who wish and love to own a pet one day. Often guilt goes beyond the loss itself. Of course we feel guilty.

If a pet dies through an accident or moment of carelessness guilt is quick to follow. Guilt is perhaps the most painful companion of death. Yesterday june 13th i had to make a difficult decision very quickly and put my cat down. I ve been away from home when we had to let cats go one cat died under my bed while i was asleep and one cat died in my arms.

My cat died and i feel guilty having pussy cat is one of the best things you can ever have. Perhaps someone wasn t careful about opening a door and the pet ran into the street to be hit by a car. We live and we learn. The whole reason i feal guilty is because i seen the signs of her getting sick but i just thought it was minor and she would get over it.

I took my cat for granted. I just found out my cat died. This was very traumatic for us.
