To exercise your abs while sitting do a modified ab crunch by leaning back in your chair with your knees together and bent at a 90 degree angle. These are a great way to relieve tension in your neck.
Try to choose and do one of the simple exercises without leaving your office room such as yoga which usually can be done simply at your desk. This is one of the best upper body exercises. Hold the pose for 10 to 30 seconds. Torso crunch is another exercise which is great for your whole body and acts as a sitting cardio exercise.

Place your palms at the edge of your desk about shoulder width apart and move your feet away from.
