Excel Automatically Enter Date When Data Entered

It means displaying the entry time of a2 in b2.
I would like to have a1 automatically insert the date and time when someone enters data into b1. Now press enter key and current date and time is inserted in the cell. One of the columns will ask the current date the new row of data was entered. You can use the worksheet change event to automatically enter a time into column a whenever something is entered into column b.
If a2 if b2 now b2 to b2. Before entering the data creating a column to insert the entry time. I do not want this date time to ever change. You can adjust it according to your actual spreadsheet.
